Boy's Hockey

Boys Hockey at Edgemead High School continues to bring entertainment at all levels of the sport. Our boys compete well in League 1 and our aim is to achieve Premier League status once again. 

Our 1st Team boys will prepare for their season with the Co-Ed Festival followed by a tour to Richards Bay, KZN.                                                      Our U19B boys provide excellent depth for our 1st team. They prepare for their season with the Paarl Gim tournament in the Easter Holidays.      Our U16A boys consistently compete and push themselves at high levels. They take part in the U16 Co-Ed Festival, in March, to help them prepare for the season.                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Our U14A team participate in the annual Salt Hockey tournament which is served as an introduction to the level of high school hockey. 

Facilities:  We have one full sized astro, a practiced sized astro, top of the range goalkeeping and practice equipment. In addition, we also have a video tower for the filming of matches.
