The u/19 netball girls worked at a shadow evening at Spur Sable Square to raise funds for their tour. The evening was a great success, thank you to everyone who supported the young ladies.
Congratulation to Kyle Barnard and Nahum Prince who were awarded man of the match against JG Meiring High school.
Justin Reddy, participated in the Mag District Trials and was placed 1st. He was selected into the Cape Town team and proceeds to the South zone competition.
Caitlin Bell (grade 10) and Rosemary Kawaza (grade 11) were both selected to represent Western Province this year in their respective age groups.

Kearah Gentry (grade 8) was selected to represent the SAFA WP team after an intense set of trials. She will be travelling to Durban in the June holidays to represent SAFA WP U15 girls soccer team.
Kiara Barnes (grade 12) has been selected to be part of the South African National Open Water Squad for the 2019-2020 season.
Kiara performance at National Championship for her 10 km event held in March in Jeffrey’s Bay, has secured her a place in the Senior and Elite Youth National Squad.

Kiara has been part of the SA National Open Water Squad since 2016, representing South Africa in multiple international competitions.

As netball continues to go from strength to strength at EHS the last match for this half of the season was the annual Derby Day against Somerset College. What an exciting day of netball at Somerset College’s indoor courts, with the build up to a tough first team game. Well done to all the girls!
