Top Open Water Female swimmer in the Western Province!

Kiara Barnes (grade 12) has been selected to be part of the South African National Open Water Squad for the 2019-2020 season.

Kiara performance at National Championship for her 10 km event held in March in Jeffrey’s Bay, has secured her a place in the Senior and Elite Youth National Squad.

Kiara has been part of the SA National Open Water Squad since 2016, representing South Africa in multiple international competitions.

EHS netball takes to Somerset Colleges courts.

As netball continues to go from strength to strength at EHS the last match for this half of the season was the annual Derby Day against Somerset College. What an exciting day of netball at Somerset College’s indoor courts, with the build up to a tough first team game. Well done to all the girls!

Exciting News

Edgemead 1st boys’ hockey team once again finished in the top 5 in the Premier League this season.  An outstanding achievement, as we are the top co-ed school in the league for the second year running.  We are fast cementing out status as the top co-ed hockey school in the peninsula.
Our girls’ team finished 3rd in their league and are looking forward to finishing top of the league next season
Our boys’ soccer side once again won their league confirming Edgemead’s position as one of the top soccer schools on the West Coast.
